Both people I’ve had extended non-relationships with have at times called me that (Holly did it all the fucking time). It unbalances the relationship. A picture and a letter… how about a picture of a letter? This is from my pen pal Mal (who I have to write back…) I met her when I visited Sophie at Smith. I got drunk and made out with her. And Sophie refers to her as “your girlfriend” (to me) sometimes. Which I think is absolutely hilarious.
